About Millet Seed / Flour
Rediscover the ancient grains of India with our collection of organic millet seeds and stone-ground millet flours — the nutritional superfoods that have nourished Indian families for generations.
Our millets are grown without chemical fertilisers or pesticides on traditional farms, and are minimally processed to retain their natural fibre, protein, minerals, and antioxidants. We offer a wide variety including Foxtail Millet (Kangni), Finger Millet (Ragi), Pearl Millet (Bajra), Little Millet (Kutki), Kodo Millet, and Barnyard Millet — in both whole grain and stone-ground flour form.
Millets are naturally gluten-free, low-glycaemic, and rich in iron, calcium, and B vitamins — making them an excellent choice for people with diabetes, gluten sensitivity, or those simply looking to eat cleaner. They can replace rice or wheat in most recipes: rotis, dosas, upma, porridge, khichdi, and baked goods.
By choosing our organic millets, you're joining the Indian millet revival — supporting biodiversity, sustainable farming, and a food system that works with nature, not against it.

Are millets gluten-free?
Yes. Millets such as ragi, jowar, bajra, foxtail, kodo, little and barnyard millet are naturally gluten-free grains. They are a simple swap for wheat or rice in many everyday dishes.
How do I cook millets?
Rinse the millet, soak it for 4–6 hours, then cook with about 2.5 cups of water per cup of millet for 15–20 minutes, until soft. Use millet flour for rotis, cheela, dosa and laddoos.
