Where We Ship

We ship across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. During sale periods or high-demand seasons, processing may take up to 5–6 business days. We will notify you if there is any delay.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or events beyond our control.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your delivery address, PIN code, and phone number are accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

  • If the courier attempts delivery and is unable to reach you, they will make up to 2 re-attempts. After that, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.

  • We ship Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
