Refund policy

At Organic Kheti Farm India, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Because we deal in perishable, consumable food products, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email us at contact@organickhetifarmindia.com or call +91 94653 60227 with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products — which are organic, consumable food items — we generally do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, unless the product is:

  • Damaged or broken upon delivery

  • Incorrect (a different product was sent)

  • Expired or past its shelf life at the time of delivery

We do not accept returns based on change of mind or taste preference.

How to Raise a Complaint

If you have received a damaged, incorrect, or expired product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at contact@organickhetifarmindia.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photograph of the product showing the issue

  • A photograph of the outer packaging and invoice

We will assess your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

If your complaint is approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement of the same product, or

  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 5–7 business days. For UPI/card/net banking payments, the amount will reflect in your account within 2–3 additional working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer — please share your bank details when raising the complaint.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refund/replacement requests will not be entertained if:

  • The complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • The product seal has been broken and more than 20% of the product has been consumed

  • An unboxing video or supporting images are not provided

We strongly recommend recording a short unboxing video when receiving your order, as this helps us resolve complaints faster.
